Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We accept cancellations until your order has shipped. To cancel an order, log in, go to "My Account" and select "My Orders. Select the order you wish to cancel, and click on “Cancel This Order,” which will appear next to your order details. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Q: Can I return the books I ordered once they have shipped?
A: We accept returns of books within one week of their receipt, provided they are still in their original packaging. However, customers must pay for return shipping via FedEx Express or First Flight Couriers (within India) or DHL(outside of India). In order for you to receive credit for the returned items, all books returned to us must be shipped via courier service and must arrive in their original packaging. In case books arrive damaged or not in their original packaging, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns of bulk orders or special orders.
Q: The books I ordered were damaged or defective. What should I do?
A: We make every effort to ensure that your books arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
